Mr.M.Mala Kondiah in 1972 established a family owned petty business in the name of M/S Sri Rajagopal Oil Mills Company named after Mr.Rajagopal who is the person who helped in the setting up of business. The first line of business activity was to extract oil from ground nut cake. The petty business, in the mean time grew into a big establishment and expanded as a group of industries by this time which is now able to make a mark the edible oil industry in the country.M.S. Industries, named after M.Sambasivarao and M.Srinivasa rao the sons of Mr.M.Malakondiah is now able to excel in the industry. As business spread all through the country,M.S.Group of Industries is able to announce that all the major Indian companies which depend on agri oil are our customers.After the expiry of M.Mala kondiah, the business management structure has been reorganized for better management.
